Poster Schedule

Each poster will be displayed for two days.
The first letters indicate the days the poster is displayed:
MT = Monday, June 7 and Tuesday, June 8
WTh = Wednesday, June 9 and Thursday, June 10
The next two letters indicate during which poster
session the author is scheduled to stand by your poster to present:
AM = Morning (12:30 – 13:30)
PM = Afternoon (14:45 – 15:45)
*All odd poster numbers will present in the morning and all even numbers in the afternoon.
Poster Reception
You are also asked to be present during the 60-minute poster reception at the end of your second assigned day. Monday and Tuesday presenters will have a poster reception on Tuesday, June 8 from 19:30 – 20:30. Wednesday and Thursday presenters will have a poster reception on Thursday, June 10 from 18:30 – 19:30.
Set up time
Please set up your poster from 8:00 – 9:00 am on the day of your poster session.
Teardown
Please remove your posters within one hour after the end of your poster reception.

E-Poster Presenters
This information is for people previously informed that were selected to upload an E-Poster.
There is NOT a deadline to upload your E-Poster. You will have access to the website to upload your E-Poster up until the conference.
Format of the E-Poster: Your E-Poster should be an electronic version of the traditional poster you are creating. The pdf that you upload can either be a one page copy of your entire poster or a multiple page version of your pdf.
