Booth Information
Exhibition booths are 3m x 3m floor space. Walls, furniture, signs and drayage may be ordered from Servis Complet at the exhibitors’ expense. Service kits will be sent to exhibitors prior to the Meeting. Exhibitors are required to place their orders in advance.
Note: A maximum of three 3m x 3m booths will be sold to any single company unless space is available after the application deadline of April 1, 2010. Space is limited, so be sure to complete and return your application immediately.
Benefits of Exhibiting
· Promotion as an exhibitor via company name and description listed in the onsite program;
· Two complimentary registrations for the meeting per booth;
· Attendee list provided in excel format, including names and addresses, will be provided after the meeting.
Space Assignment
Space is assigned on a point system. Points are rewarded based on current and past sponsorship, the numbers of years your company has attended the OHBM conference, and the order in which applications are received.
Exhibit Hours
Monday, June 7: 12:30 – 18:00
Tuesday, June 8: 12:30 – 20:30*
Wednesday, June 9: 12:30 – 18:30
Thursday, June 10: 12:30 – 19:30**
*Poster Reception from 19:30-20:30
**Farewell Poster Reception from 18:30-19:30
Exhibitors can expect the largest number of attendees to visit their booths during breaks and poster sessions. As a courtesy to the registrants and fellow exhibitors, the OHBM requires that your booth be opened on time each morning and staffed during exhibit hours.
Installation
Installation hours are Sunday, June 6th, from 12:00 – 18:00.
Dismantling
Dismantling hours are Thursday, June 10th, from 19:30 - 22:30.
Payment
The cost of each 3m x 3m booth is €2.500,00, payable to the OHBM Executive Office. Application and deposit of €2.000,00 per booth are due April 1, 2010. The balance is due on or before May 1, 2010.
