Pre-registration for the conference is now closed. Onsite registrations will be accepted at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), checks made out to OHBM, and cash (RMB) will be accepted as payment onsite. Please find registration hours below:

What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes access to all OHBM-sponsored Keynote Lectures, Symposia, Morning Workshops, Oral Sessions and poster sessions. Please note that there is a seperate fee if you wish to attend an all-day Educational Course on Sunday (see Educational Course Rates above).
If you have already registered and would like to add an Educational Course, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org, indicating which course you would like to add.
Social Events
You will receive one complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception and Club Night with your registration. Guest Tickets can be purchased for $50 each.
Accepted Forms of Payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks made payable to the Organization for Human Brain Mapping. If you need to pay by check, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your meeting registration, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations after May 14, 2012. There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, 2012. No-shows will not be refunded.
Student Eligibility
Graduate students, medical students, residents, and fellows are eligible for the student registration rate. A postdoctoral fellow will be considered a student if their fellowship is not a paid position or they are within five years of postgraduate study.
Hotel Reservations
Please go to the Hotel Information page for details on how to book hotel rooms. Please note that the China National Convention Center (CNCC) Grand Hotel is the 2012 Host Hotel and is adjacent to the conference center.
Developing Country Reduced Registration
The reduced registration application is now closed. The deadline was February 16, 2012.
Press Registration
Please send your name, company, and verification of press credentials to info@humanbrainmapping.org to register as a member of the press.
