Accept/Reject Notifications for Poster Abstracts and all Sessions - February 2027
To support inclusivity and allow adequate time for visa applications, our goal is to release acceptance decisions as early as possible. Notifications for all submissions will be sent no later than February 2027
Club Night
Are children allowed at Club Night?
No, attendees must be 18 years or older and have a ticket to attend Club Night.
Invoice
Where can I download my Membership or Registration Invoice?
For purchases made with OHBM, you can now view and download your invoice or receipt directly from your confirmation email or through the OHBM Portal.
From the OHBM Portal:
Log in to the OHBM Portal. Click here to access your membership and/or registration invoices. You will be prompted to log in to your account to view your invoices.
Click Transaction Receipts on the Welcome Page.
Find your transaction confirmation and select View/Print to download your invoice or receipt.
From your confirmation email:
Confirmation emails sent August 2026 and moving forward include a link to download your invoice or receipt directly.
Whether you need documentation for reimbursement, payment processing, or your records, your OHBM invoices and receipts are now easier to access when you need them.

Who is considered a Student Member?
A student member is a full-time student working towards a graduate degree (MS, PhD, or MD degree) or an individual who has completed such a degree less than 4 years ago.
Phishing Emails
How can I identify phishing emails claiming to be from OHBM?
Be cautious of emails that appear to come from the Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) that request personal information, payments, or urgent action. Always verify the sender’s email address and avoid clicking suspicious links. If you are unsure, contact OHBM directly through the official website before responding.
Registration
Will OHBM be offering refunds?
No, OHBM will not be offering refunds under any circumstance. This includes registration cancellations due to visa issues.
When will registration open for OHBM 2027?

What is the surcharge on my payment?
A surcharge may be applied to cover credit card transaction costs. This fee is determined by our payment processor and is not set or controlled by OHBM.

Will I need a Visa to enter Canada?
