SUBMISSION WINDOW: NOVEMBER 3, 2025 - DECEMBER 15, 2025

The Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) invites you to submit your work for consideration in the 2026 Annual Meeting program. This is your opportunity to share cutting-edge research, propose innovative sessions, and help shape the scientific exchange in Bordeaux, France.

For OHBM 2026, we are excited to introduce Oxford Abstracts as our new submission platform. Because it is new to our community, we strongly encourage you to submit early. Submitting ahead of the December 15 deadline will give you time to get familiar with the system, allow for troubleshooting if you encounter technical issues, and allow staff to support you more efficiently if questions arise.

Important Dates:

  • Submission Site Opens: Monday, November 3, 2025
  • Submission Deadline: Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST, USA. No exceptions.
  • Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Late January/Early February 2026

To support inclusivity and allow adequate time for visa applications, our goal is to release acceptance decisions as early as possible. Notifications for all submissions will be sent no later than February 2026.

Before submitting, please review the detailed guidelines for each submission type:
