How to Book 

1. Visit the Air France Website.
2. Select your departure and return flights within the eligible dates (see dates listed under Key Details above).
3. Continue to passenger details and provide your personal/contact information. 
4. When asked “Are you traveling for business?”, select Yes → then select Contract Name and enter MICE.
        a. This ensures your flights are recognized under the Air France–KLM Global Meetings & Events program.
5. After entering seat preferences and extras, proceed to the payment page.
6. Under flight details, locate the discount code field. Enter GME60200AF and click 'Apply'.
7. If all conditions are met, the 10% discount will be applied.
8. Finalize payment to complete your booking.

  • Delta One / First Class: 8% off
  • Delta Premium Select / Comfort+: 5% off
  • Main Cabin: 3% off
  • Delta Main Basic/Economy fares are not eligible.
• Eligible travel dates: June 9–23, 2026
• Valid for travel originating in the U.S. or Canada to Bordeaux, France (via Paris–Charles de Gaulle or Amsterdam Schiphol).

How to Book 

1. Visit the Delta Airlines website.  
2. Enter your departure and destination cities, select Round Trip, and choose your travel dates.
        a. Flights must fall within the eligible travel period (see Key Details above). 
3. Open the Advanced Search dropdown.
4. Select your preferred fare class and enter the Meeting Event Code NY448 in the designated box. 
5. Choose your departure and return flights.
6. If your booking meets all requirements, the discount will be applied automatically. 
7. Complete your passenger information and payment to finalize your reservation.
