The Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) is excited to bring the 2020 OHBM Annual Meeting to each of you in the form of a virtual experience! The 26th Annual Meeting of OHBM will now be held over a two-week period starting on Tuesday, June 23rd and continuing through Friday, July 3rd (excluding the weekend). Please note that Educational Courses will be presented shortly after July 3rd in a timeframe to be announced soon!
Although nothing will ever replace the in-person experience, the virtual OHBM Annual Meeting will be more accessible than ever before with an opportunity to come together, collaborate and share the latest advancements and research in human brain mapping. SPECIAL REGISTRATION FEE FOR LABS (Ends June 15th): A flat Annual Meeting registration fee of $1,200 is available for labs where the PI and four or more trainees are planning to register. You will be able to continue to register online through the start of the meeting, June 23rd, 2020. Your OHBM login credentials will allow you access to the virtual conference website.
Payment by credit card online is the fastest and easiest way to register. We also accept check or wire transfer - please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to use those forms of payment.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes the full two-week access to all OHBM-sponsored Keynote Lectures, Symposia, Oral Sessions, poster sessions, exhibit hall.
A separate registration is required if you wish to attend any Educational Courses. (see Educational Course Rates above). Educational course titles are available to view on the OHBM website and we encourage you to register for them now. If you would like to add an educational course to your current registration, please contact email@example.com.
What does the special Lab registration fee include?

How does the LAB registration fee apply for labs with more than one PI?
Larger labs that have multiple PIs overseeing trainees within different departments should consider each department to be a separate Lab for the purposes of calculating their lab registration fee. Only one PI can be registered within a single LAB registration.
Does everyone registering under the LAB registration need to be an OHBM member?
The PI and at least three students/trainees attending the meeting must be OHBM members to take advantage of the LAB Registration
Who is included in the student/trainee category?
A student/trainee is defined as a full-time student/trainee working towards a graduate degree (M.S., Ph.D. or M.D. degree) or an individual who is no more than four years out after completing such a degree.
Is there a limit to the number of students/trainees that can be registered under on LAB registration?
At this time, no limits have been established.
Is the registration for Educational Courses included in the LAB registration fee?
The Educational Courses are not included and do require a separate fee. No LAB registration has been established for Educational Courses.
Will a program and abstract book be provided?
A condensed Program Book and Abstract/Poster Presentation book will be available via PDF on the OHBM website.

Developing Country Reduced Registration Application
OHBM provides an opportunity for current members who reside and work in countries ranking low on The World Bank's country income classification list to apply for reduced registration rates (a 50% discount on the General Annual Meeting registration fees) for the OHBM Annual Meeting. The Cancellation Policy for delegates who had already registered for the 2020 Annual Meeting and Educational Courses in Montreal are as follows:
- Until May 1st: registration fees will be fully refunded
- After May 1st: no refunds will be issued for registration fees
Cancellation Policy for new registrations for the 2020 Annual Meeting and Educational Courses:
- Given the meeting is in less than 60 days, no refunds will be issued for registration fees
